This Cafe/Deli Store Manager Job is based in a well-established new Cafe chain brand that holds a fantastic reputation in Fresh Health Food, atmosphere and service and is growing rapidly.
Responsibilities of this Cafe/ Deli Store ASSISTANT MANAGER Job:
- Manage the daily operations of the Fresh Health Food deli and Staff at an Operational and Strategic level.
- Managing & Developing all aspects of Food & Beverage facilities in this property
- Ensure all service standards are maintained and consistent with the highest level at all times.
- Develop and motivate staff members.
- Responsibility for Health & Safety compliance and legislation
- Awareness and responsibility for any internal requirements
