Retail Cafe Manager Job Dublin 15
Excel Recruitment is now seeking a Retail Cafe Supervisor/Manager for our client, to manage the Cafe within their store. Our client is a well known and successful retailer who prides themselves in their store offering. Ideally, you will have 2 years experience working in a similar role.
An excellent hourly rate of 11 euro per hour on offer depending on experience.
Requirements of the Cafe Manager Job:
- 2 years’ experience in cafe supervisor roles.
- Have excellent communication skills and be able to demonstrate a commitment to customer service.
- The ability to train, develop and motivate staff.
- A Passion for fresh food
- Fully HACCP and food safety trained.
Responsibilities of the Cafe Manager Job:
- Ensuring that department meets all projected targets.
- Ensuring that Health and safety procedures are met.
- To deliver Exceptional customer service.
- To train and develop staff in order to meet the highest standards.
- The ordering of stock, stock management, and waste control.
