Contract Administrator Job Dublin

A contract administrator job is available in north Dublin. We are currently recruiting for a contract administrator who will assist three contract managers who currently oversee all our installations. The contract administrator will provide support to the project managers as well as the operations director.

Duties of this contract administrator job Dublin

  • Providing Admin support to the 3 Projects Managers and Operations Director
  • Compiling and Sending out contracts documentation to customers
  • Creating a register of Sub Contract Assembly Teams and ensuring all insurances and Training Paper work is up to date
  • Arranging and managing via Project Managers on hire and off hire of equipment such as Scissor Lifts and Fork Lift Tricks for projects
  • Issuing drawings and documentation such as O & M Manuals to clients on completion of projects
  • Creating New Price Lists in conjunction with Operations Director
  • Assisting in the compilation of Method Statements and other Health & Safety Documentation which is issued to clients
  • Editing Autocad drawings for Projects Managers

Requirements for contract administrator job Dublin

  • At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role
  • AutoCAD experience
  • Experience with Method statements
  • Great attention to detail
  • 3rd level degree or certificate
