Excel Recruitment are seeking an experienced Deli Manager for our client in Galway. Our client is a local store with a thriving Deli and they are looking for a Deli Manager to join their team
The Deli Manager will have a genuine passion for Grocery retail and customer service.
As a Deli Manager you will be responsible for high standards in the following areas:
- Stock & Order Systems
- Best practice merchandising, display and department layout skills
- Maximising promotions
- Margin management
- Stock loss & waste management
- Staff training & development
- Hygiene/HACCP
Requirements for this Deli Manager Job
- Previous Deli experience essential.
- Must have a knowledge of Hygiene regulations, HACCP qualification an advantage
- To ensure store standards are the best at all times
- A flair for food and the desire to excel in customer care is a must.
- Candidates must be flexible in their availability on working hours.
- Advanced knowledge of retail operations, practices and procedures.
