Our Hotel client is looking to recruit a Human Resource Manager to join its established Human Resource team.

Our award winning client is top in its field for its hotel facilities. Patrons enjoy superb facilities and exceptional food & accommodation services. We are looking to recruit a person, passionate about Human Resource standards and people, to manage the Human Resources Department.

Responsibilities of the Human Resource Manager

  • Manage the disciplinary process in the company and ensure the Company is compliant with the law.

  • Excellent administration skills are required, to ensure filling and administration is maintained to company standards.

  • Carry out Induction training and be responsible for employee development with in our large team of Junior employees to senior management

  • Recruitment of all Junior & Senior positions within the business

Requirements of the Human Resource Manager

  • The ideal candidate will be currently an Assistant Human Resource Manager / Human Resource Manager in the Hotel hospitality or catering industry.

  • Excellent people skills in dealing with staff queries.

  • Knowledge of employment law is essential in maintaining and advising on IR issues in the company.

  • Knowledge of health and safety workplace standards is essential as they will assist the senior team with safety issues, accidents and training.

  • Previous Hotel or catering industry is preferable as this is a customer-focused environment focusing on customer standards and sop’s.
  • Excellent communication skills are required as the person will carry out staff meetings and presentations each month.
  • Previous training experience is preferred but not essential

The person will be required to work within part of a Human Resource team and report to senior management while offering Human Resource support to senior & General Managers for their recruitment, training and development needs of their team.Excellent career development within this large organisation. This is a full-time Job Monday to Friday Permanent.
