Responsibilities of this Restaurant Manager Job:
- Manage the daily operations of the Restaurant and Staff at an Operational and Strategic level.
- Managing & Developing all aspects of Food & Beverage facilities on this property
- Ensure all service standards are maintained and consistent with the highest level at all times.
- Develop and motivate staff members.
- Delivery and implementation of revenue budgets and maximising profitability at all times
- Responsibility for Health & Safety compliance and legislation
- Awareness and responsibility for any internal requirements
Requirements of this Restaurant Manager Job Dublin:
- An approved catering qualification at diploma/degree level and/or 5 year’s industry experience, preferably with a strong background in high volume Beverage, from spirits and wine and cocktails
- Energetic and enthusiastic with a passion for motivating and developing staff
- Pro-active in solving customer problems and satisfying customers in various situations.
- Strong large volume operations experience and knowledge.
